The Next Level Retreat

Article 1 – Definitions
1.1. Organizer: the provider of "The Next Level Retreat".
1.2. Participant: any individual who registers for the retreat.
1.3. Retreat: the multi-day program called "The Next Level Retreat", including all related activities.

Article 2 – Applicability
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, bookings, and agreements related to the retreat.
2.2. By registering, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 3 – Registration and Payment
3.1. Registration takes place via the website or another method designated by the organizer.
3.2. Registration is final upon confirmation and (down) payment.
3.3. The full amount must be paid before the start of the retreat, unless agreed otherwise.

Article 4 – Cancellation by Participant
4.1. Cancellation must be made in writing or by email.
4.2. The following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 30 days before the start: 25% of the participation fee
• 14–30 days: 50%
• Less than 14 days: 100%
  4.3. The participant may provide a replacement, subject to approval by the organizer.

Article 5 – Cancellation by Organizer
5.1. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the retreat in case of insufficient participants, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. In such cases, the participant will receive a refund of the amount paid.
5.3. The organizer is not liable for additional costs (such as travel or accommodation outside the retreat).

Article 6 – Liability
6.1. Participation in the retreat is entirely at the participant's own risk.
6.2. The organizer is not liable for injury, loss, or damage of any kind, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
6.3. The participant is responsible for arranging any necessary insurance.

Article 7 – Health and Responsibility
7.1. The participant declares that they are physically and mentally fit to participate.
7.2. Any medical or psychological conditions must be disclosed in advance.
7.3. The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation if there are safety concerns.

Article 8 – Conduct and Participation
8.1. The participant agrees to behave respectfully towards other participants and facilitators.
8.2. In case of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, the participant may be excluded from further participation without refund.

Article 9 – Program Changes
9.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, location, or facilitators if necessary.
9.2. Changes do not entitle the participant to a refund.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property
10.1. All materials, content, and methods used during the retreat remain the property of the organizer.
10.2. It is not permitted to copy or distribute these without written permission.

Article 11 – Privacy
11.1. Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only for administrative and communication purposes.
11.2. By participating, the participant agrees to the use of photos and videos, unless they object in advance.

Article 12 – Governing Law
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the law of the country where the organizer is established.
12.2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court.
